I know these things can feel out of reach. But what if I told you that, with the right guidance and a little effort, you could achieve them-and so much more? How do I know this? Because for over a decade I struggled with gut issues that caused a series of symptoms such as bloating, constipation, fatigue and constant discomfort. I was so tired of feeling uncomfortable in my own body, I decided to make serious and sustainable changes. Not through pills or fad diets, but by meaningful and mindful choices. I learned to listen to what my body was telling me and let her lead the way.

But health isn’t just about physical well being; it’s also emotional, mental, and spiritual. When you prioritize all of these aspects, you’re not just surviving-you’re truly living.   • These one hour sessions are designed for hard work. We will tap into the four pillars of health: emotional, spiritual, mental and physical. Health isn’t just about what we put in our mouths. It’s also about what we let into our minds and hearts and who we let into our lives.

Pantry refresh

  • We all have those go-to items we keep in the pantry or fridge for “just in case” moments. Maybe it’s a bar of chocolate for a sweet craving, the box of cheese crackers left over from girl’s night that you can’t toss, or the Diet Coke you’re not ready to give up. I’m here to help you swap these for “better-for-you” options and restock your pantry with everyday staples that support and optimize your gut health.

Pricing Breakdown

  • $150 - minimum of 2 sessions/month, Discovery Call required before booking)

  • $1,600 - 1 session per week, Discovery Call, Pantry Swap Out, and All Access Accountability included.

  • $3,200 - 1 session per week, Discovery Call, Pantry Swap Out, Recipes, All Access Accountability included.
